I help business owners successfully build their business through strategic business development assuring a strong infrastructure, business performance metrics and change management techniques.

I’ve participated in large system mergers, reorganizations and managed complex technical projects in both healthcare and manufacturing settings. My skills in change management and business development have been instrumental in creating successful business models and moving teams through difficult transitions. 

Some of my specialties and core experience includes:

• Independent sales contracting as an interim solution during periods of growth and transition.
• Strategic business support and coaching, including strategic planning, project management, operations and managing transition and growth.
• Business strategies utilizing emerging technology.
• Passionate about complementary medicine available for workshops including experiential learning for healthcare workers and employee health and wellness.
